Exciting Leadership News!
This month featured some exciting changes for me and Arndt Municipal Support! After years of consideration, I decided to join the John Maxwell Leadership Team and become a certified DISC Trainer.
After reading John’s numerous books, I recognized his admirable leadership style. It brought me to this next step in my journey. His values align clearly with my own, and we both prioritize our clients. We seek to add value for everyone by serving them and giving them actionable steps toward growth and success.
What Does This Mean for Our Clients?
My leadership journey and my desire to add worth for every client made me want to grow. I decided to become a Maxwell Certified Behavior Analysis Trainer utilizing the DISC method. This certification gave me the tools to add value to local government leadership teams. I am now even more equipped to provide executive coaching services and thorough team-building exercises that are made for everyone in your organization.
I’m excited about this opportunity, as it opens new doors for Arndt Municipal Support, grows my professional network, and expands the resources and capacity I have to support our customers. I’m looking forward to continuing this leadership journey with the Maxwell Team, and I am so thankful for the chance to add additional value to our customers through service.
