Jim is an excellent facilitator/consultant of the strategic planning process. He adapted his approach based on the audience in a way that helps get “buy-in” to what was an unfamiliar process for many of our participants. Arndt Consulting recently provided DISC assessment training for the City of Freeport’s Director staff, and the experience was outstanding.
