I’m so proud to announce that I’ve completed my training to join the Maxwell Leadership Certified Team. At Arndt Municipal Support Inc., we are passionate about helping leaders achieve at their highest level, and this certification gave me more tools to make that possible.

Founded by John C. Maxwell, The Maxwell Leadership Certified Team has world-renowned leadership experts who offer innovative training to help others achieve the same. Their rigorous training and certification process give people the tools they need to lead others with confidence, respect, and dignity. For this reason, I am honored to be a member of such a prestigious organization.
Through my training, I became versed in the Maxwell DISC Method, communication, coaching, team building, board training, and customer service techniques. I am so thankful to all the leaders on the Maxwell Leadership Certified Team who were open to sharing their experiences and lessons with me. It was a challenge, but I saw great value in dedicating my time and focus to helping fellow leaders grow.
